Eileen Kamerick

As Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Eileen Kamerick leads BearingPoint’s corporate finance and accounting operations globally. Prior to joining BearingPoint in May 2008, Eileen was EVP, CFO and Chief Administrative Officer at Heidrick & Struggles, a global provider of senior-level executive search and leadership consulting services, where she was responsible for strategic planning, financial reporting, investor relations, M&A, treasury and tax. She has served as senior legal and financial executive for several Fortune 500 companies, including Amoco, Whirlpool and Bcom3, the parent company of Leo Burnett and Starcom Media. During a career spanning nearly 25 years, Eileen has led successful business turnarounds, revenue growth and profitability initiatives, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance efforts and numerous corporate transactions. She began her career practicing law with the firm of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, where she concentrated on securities law and M&A. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Boston College, a law degree from The University of Chicago Law School and an MBA in finance and international business from The Graduate School of Business of The University of Chicago. She serves on the board of directors of Associated Bank, and she is active in philanthropic activities in the Chicago area.
