Michael Galich

CEO - Co-founder

Mr. Galich co-founded IOCOM with Kevin Gleason in 1998 and started operations in 1999. As CEO, Galich has focused on raising capital, product development strategy, emerging customer acquisition, and over arching company strategy and recruitment, forming one of the most disruptive software platform companies in the high growth Unified Communications marketplace.  Galich has been managing product sales and development within the communications industry for 20 years.

In 1988 Galich served as a Senior Engineer on the Motorola Dynatac (“SAM”) Development team for five years.  Galich had the privilege of working with some of the finest original innovators in the emerging wireless industry, developing and manufacturing the first several tens of millions of hand held cellular phones, helping catalyst a shift in the bourgeoning mobile industry.

In 1993 Galich served as partner at MPE LLC for five years, servicing Motorola Cellular Subscriber Sector global markets for multiple Technology Providers in North America and Taiwan.  During the hyper-growth period of the 1990’s for major cellular handset makers, the MPE “M & M” team obtained in excess of $550 million of procurement contracts for their various technology provider clients, positioning two clients favorably for ultimate acquisition.

Mr. Galich earned his Juris Doctorate from the Illinois Institute of Technology Kent College of Law specializing in intellectual property in 1993, and a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana in 1988.

Hal Sullivan

Managing Director - Finance

From May 2000 to October 2000, Mr. Sullivan served as Vice President of Cap Gemini Ernst & Young (CGEY), a publicly held consulting and information technology services company. From 1978 through 2000, Mr. Sullivan served in various financial, operational, sales, account management, and executive management positions with Ernst & Young (as a partner from 1988).

Prior to the sale of Ernst & Young's consulting business to Cap Gemini, Mr. Sullivan was the managing director responsible for Ernst & Young's European Global Client Consulting business, based in London, UK. After the sale, as a member of CGEY's global management committee, Mr. Sullivan was responsible for CGEY's European manufacturing and multinational account business. Mr. Sullivan's client serving roles with Ernst & Young included overseeing strategy, process improvement, and technology assignments, as well as, serving as advisor, crisis manager, and financial expert to major US companies in restructuring, turn around, and M&A transactions. In the late 1980's, Mr. Sullivan built and ultimately led E & Y's Chicago-based financial advisory & restructuring practice.

As well as serving as managing director of IOCOM, Mr. Sullivan is also, Chairman of the Board of Insignis, Inc. a privately held Chicago based data management company that collects, aggregates, standardizes, delivers, and reports on proprietary investment data to the buy side investment community. Additionally, Mr. Sullivan is an advisor to Cardinal Growth, a Chicago based private equity firm.

Mr. Sullivan served from 1990 to 1995 as an adjunct professor of finance at Northwestern University's Kellogg Graduate School of Management. Mr. Sullivan's professional associations include: member of AICPA, the Illinois CPA society, the Institute of Management Accountants, and the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts. Mr. Sullivan received an MBA in finance from Northwestern University, and a BA/BS in economics and accounting from Holy Cross College.

Terrence Burke

COO

Mr. Burke has served as IOCOM’s Chief Operating Officer since 2002 and is responsible for the administration of all customer fulfillment and support. Burke has been an investor in IOCOM since 1999 and has held positions of increasing responsibility in finance, product development, human resources and operations. Burke is also the co-inventor of several IOCOM patents.

Burke came to IOCOM with 13 years experience of applying information technology to capital markets where he traded financial derivates on the Chicago Board of Options, Chicago Board of Trade and the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.  Burke was a managing partner of Crescent Options trading agricultural and interest rate options and futures. Prior to forming this partnership, Burke was Vice-President of Amsterdam Options, with operations in Amsterdam, London, New York and Chicago, making markets on a wide variety of international option contracts.

Mr. Burke is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.

Jon Swanson

CTO

With over 30 years of experience in computer networking, software development, hardware, and systems integration, Mr. Swanson has architected and implemented much of the IOCOM product suite since joining the company in 2000. He is the inventor of several IOCOM patents issued and pending.

Before joining IOCOM, Mr. Swanson was the Northeast Regional VPN and Remote Access Specialist for 3Com Corporation in their carrier division. In this capacity he designed and implemented dialup and VPN solutions for carrier customers, assisted with the design and rollout of 3Com's corporate VPN access solution, and worked closely with major ISPs including AOL, Sprint, and UUNET.

Prior to 3Com, Mr. Swanson was a founder of JavaNet, a regional Internet service provider that expanded through the Northeast and was ultimately acquired by RCN. He designed, implemented, and managed a regional internetwork and network operations center for JavaNet, and facilitated the analysis, purchase, and integration of other ISPs.

Earlier in his career he developed expertise in software development, quality assurance, hardware, and publishing in various positions at Mindwork Software, Digital Research, and BYTE Magazine.

Mr. Swanson received a BS in Computer Systems Engineering from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.

James R. Harrison

Executive VP, Sales, Energy Sector

Mr. Harrison was with Ernst & Young and Cap Gemini Ernst & Young for 24 years and has 31 years of information technology and consulting experience.

His previous position was Global Director, Energy Industry. His experience includes numerous projects with major companies that range from business strategy analysis to process change and innovation to systems development and implementation in both a regional and global context.

Mr. Harrison also served as global account executive for three major energy companies and one technology company.

James Miller

Executive VP, Sales, Federal, Research and Edu. Sector

Mr. Miller plays a vital role in developing sales and marketing strategy for IOCOM.  Additionally, Miller manages sales accounts globally directly through his IOCOM staff. as well as through IOCOM's growing channel partners. Mr. Miller has been with IOCOM since it was founded in 1998.

Mr. Miller has over 20 years experience in the Information Technology industry, both in sales and software development.  As principal of a consulting firm for over 15 years, Mr. Miller managed sales accounts that exceeded $10 million dollars.  He also serviced large corporate clients, including Ameritech, where he successfully managed implementation projects with budgets of $50 million.

Mr. Miller has extensive experience in all phases of a software implementation project, including business process re-engineering, fit analysis, development of user requirements, system design and construction, testing, end user training, implementation plan management, and post-implementation support.
