HACKETT JOINS IOCOM AS CEO

CHICAGO, ILLINOIS - July 27, 2011

IOCOM, a leading provider of universal video conferencing solutions and based in Chicago, has announced today that Tim Hackett has joined the company as Chief Executive Officer, effectively immediately. Tim most recently served as Senior Vice President at ForceLogix Technologies until its February 2011 acquisition by Callidus Software (NASDAQ: CALD).

"The need for businesses to effectively collaborate amongst their employees, customers and channel partners is critical to sustain profitable growth in today's global community," offered Mr. Hackett. "Flexible and affordable enterprise class video conferencing with options for cloud-based delivery will play a dominant role in serving these needs. I am excited to join IOCOM, a leader in this high growth market with a great reputation, a world class customer base, a passionate group of employees and a bright future."

Mr. Hackett joins IOCOM at a time with many recent announcements in the video conferencing market of new delivery platforms and acquisitions. Legacy incumbent providers of unified communications and telepresence solutions have yet to enable the true democratization of video conferencing due to proprietary platforms and high costs. Hackett adds, "With our cloud-based subscription model complementing our robust room and on premise solutions, we have a tremendous opportunity to bring affordable video conferencing to companies of all sizes in all corners of the world."

For the past decade, Mr. Hackett helped lead the field operations of several organizations that provide disruptive cloud-based alternatives to incumbent providers in the Enterprise storage and CRM application space such as Storage Networks, Gryphon Networks, and ForceLogix Technologies.  Earlier in his career, Hackett spent nearly a decade with storage infrastructure pioneer EMC Corporation in multiple leadership roles as the company grew from $400 million in annual revenue to nearly $7 billion.
