There are several ways to join a meeting with Visimeet. To initiate a meeting with another Visimeet user, simply invite the user from your contacts list. You may also join a meeting by accepting a meeting invitation. You can also enter an existing or scheduled meeting.
For quick notes or inquiries you can use Instant Messages to chat with a contact before entering a full Visimeeting. Right-click or Command-click on a contact and select Send Instant Message
