IOCOM Internet2 Members Program
Through an agreement reached between IOCOM and Internet2, IOCOM is pleased to provide a host of products and services to Internet2 members at substantial discounts. IOCOM has provided Internet2 an IOCOM Unified Collaboration Server which includes a custom virtual venue for members to access virtual meeting rooms using multicast or through the integrated multicast/unicast bridge. All existing Internet2 member institutions that are using IOCOM have access to this server.
FREE SOFTWARE
To promote further usage within the Internet2 community, IOCOM is offering a free software license for 3 months. To receive your free trial version of IOCOM, simply email sales@insors.com and put I2Promo in the subject. You will receive an id/password and license key along with simple instructions on how to download and install.

The IOCOM Software
The IOCOM client software offers the same functionality as the open source Access Grid package with many added features and enhancements. Access to the Internet2 Virtual Venue is included. Internet2 members will receive substantial discounts on all of our software packages.
Turnkey Hardware Solutions
IOCOM has several turnkey solutions including Telepresence rooms, conference rooms, small office or executive stations and desktop/laptop solutions. IOCOM has developed a special pricing plan for Internet2 members on all hardware solutions.
Installation and Professional Services
IOCOM also offers many professional, support, and warranty services. For new systems, IOCOM offers site surveys, full installation and enhanced support services. For existing users, IOCOM provides tune-up services which include audio and video tuning, suggestions for hardware upgrades and other services to improve the quality of the system.
Training Services
IOCOM offers familiarization training as a matter of course when installing solutions. IOCOM also has many training videos available on our website. IOCOM can customize a formal training curriculum to meet your requirements.
